A good sleeping and balanced diet is also important for reducing stress. He referred to the symptoms of stress, saying that heart rate rise, trouble breathing, stretch in muscles, excessive sweating, increased heart beat, abdominal pain, headache, dry mouth, stomach upset, unconsciousness and Dizziness, excessive heat and cold, no sleep, bad nightmares, fatigue, loss of appetite and changing time of appetite etc.
