Bai. Due to the great partnership of 283 runs for the third wicket between Shreyas Iyer (178) and Siddhesh Lad (130), Mumbai scored 421 for six on the first day against Baroda at the Ranji Trophy Group A match on Friday. Scored the score.
Siddesh bowled 12 fours and two sixes in 173 balls, while Shreyas played 17 fours and 11 sixes in just 139 balls. Baroda all-rounder Hardik Pandya, playing to prove his fitness in this match, dismissed Mumbai opener Aditya Tare and Vilas Othi.
Pandya took two wickets for 65 runs in 13 overs. Bhargav Bhat grabbed three wickets for 67 runs. Indian all-rounder Pandya has been running out of the team for quite some time due to injuries and India has not been part of Team India tour. However, by returning to Ranji, he has given signs of fitness.
